Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the terms for cancellations and refunds for services rendered through the MSS MSK Fellowship Program.

No Refund Policy

MSS MSK Fellowship strictly adheres to a no-refund policy. Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, no amounts will be refunded, irrespective of the circumstances.

Transfer of Enrollment

In the event of your inability to attend the program, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future program, subject to availability.

  • Request must be made at least 30 days before the originally scheduled program date.
  • Transfer is subject to availability of future sessions.

Substitute Participants

You have the option to designate a substitute participant if you are unable to attend.

  • The substitute participant must meet eligibility criteria and be approved by the MSS MSK Fellowship Program administration.
  • Notification of substitution must be provided at least 30 days before the program start date.

Cancellation by MSS MSK Fellowship

In the unlikely event of MSS MSK Fellowship canceling a program:

  • Participants will be given the option to transfer their enrollment to a future session.
  • MSS MSK Fellowship will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
  • Participants will be notified well in advance in the event of any unexpected cancellations.

Force Majeure

MSS MSK Fellowship shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, war, or terrorism
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

Cancellation Request Procedure

All cancellation, transfer, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the MSS MSK Fellowship Program administration.

  • The date of receipt of the written request will be used to determine eligibility for transfers or substitutions.
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window may not be eligible for transfer or substitution.
  • By enrolling in the MSS MSK Fellowship Program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms of this cancellation policy.
